UNLEASH 2026 · Updated September 7, 2026
Privacy Policy
World Masterclass Philippines handles registration and inquiry information for UNLEASH 2026. For privacy questions or requests, contact mlabonete.b2k@gmail.com.
Information we collect
Registration collects your first and last name, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Our records also include your registration identifier, ticket tier, payment status, checkout link, and creation date. Inquiry forms collect your name, email, contact number, and message. Technical information, including hashed IP addresses and service logs, helps prevent abuse and diagnose failures. Please do not put sensitive personal information in inquiry messages.
Why we use it
Attendee contact information is used for event operations and communication: managing registration, reconciling payments, arranging admission, sending venue or schedule updates, delivering included bonuses, and answering requests. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. We do not sell attendee contact lists.
Service providers
Supabase supports registration storage; Xendit processes checkout and payment information; Resend delivers inquiry notifications; Vercel and the website hosting infrastructure deliver the site. Payment credentials are entered with the payment provider, not in this registration form. Inquiries are routed to the team’s Gmail inbox. These providers may process information outside the Philippines under their own service and privacy terms. Loading the embedded Google map also connects your browser to Google.
Protection and retention
Server-side validation, restricted database access, and rate limiting help protect submissions. No online system is risk-free. Records should be retained only as needed for event delivery, support, payment reconciliation, and applicable legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Contact us about deletion of a specific record; some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may request access to and correction of your personal data, object to processing, and request erasure or blocking where applicable. You may withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing and raise a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Some requests are subject to lawful exceptions. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing a record.
Read the Data Privacy Act of 2012 on the National Privacy Commission website.
